Julie has been practicing yoga since 2008 and has become passionate about it’s healing qualities and health benefits. She knew early in her journey that she wanted to share this passion and teach some day. She is a 200hr certified RYT, having studied with Cindy Lunsford, and is currently studying to be a holistic health and wellness coach. Her love for this practice and playful nature is palpable in her teaching and she works with all levels of practitioners to help them find their own joy on the mat.
