Hi yogis! I’m Katie and I fell in love with my practice just after I finished college. Yoga has helped me to evolve into the person that I want to be (though always working to be better). I love this practice because of its’ ability to help clear the mind and tune in to the body to connect with what is most important. It is beautiful that yoga can be applied to and interpreted to by age, body type, condition or stage in life… it evolves with us as we change and grow and can be whatever you need it to be. I am a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through High Peaks Hot Yoga led by the amazing Cindy Lundsford and Julie Bell. I also recently received a 60-hour 26 and 2 certification (Bikram series) through the Hot 26 Revolution training. Teaching yogis the practice that changed my life and watching as they evolve through their practice is an amazing experience that I am honored to be a part of. When I am off the mat, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my three dogs, amazing husband, family, and friends.
